Chef Dean Kropp is a European classically trained pastry chef. Kropp worked under Executive Pastry Chef Hans Sennhauser for Swiss Air in Chicago. Kropp proceeded to take over the position when Sennhauser returned to Switzerland. From there, Chef Dean Kropp worked in hotels and restaurants around the US and Montego Bay Jamaica. By 1996, Chef Dean was recruited to come to the Wendy's commercial set to cook for the now late Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy's restaurants. Currently, Chef Dean is offering his kitchen knowledge to anybody who wants to improve there life style starting in the kitchen.
